Offering in Havan & Yajna – Lawang is often offered into the sacred fire as it is believed to remove negativity and purify the surroundings.
During Aarti – Burning cloves with camphor in a lamp or aarti thali spreads a divine fragrance and creates a positive, spiritual atmosphere.
For Prosperity & Protection – In Hindu rituals, cloves are considered auspicious. Offering them to deities is believed to attract wealth, good health, and protection from evil energies.
Navagraha & Special Pujas – Lawang is used in certain remedies and planetary pujas (especially for Shukra & Shani) to reduce obstacles and invite harmony.
